Pizzoccheri with vegetables

  • 320 g of Pizzoccheri
  • 50 g of butter
  • 80 g of grana cheese
  • 120 g of smoked provolacheese
  • pepper and vegetables prepared in stick form
  • a carrot, stick of green celery, a courgette, a potato, some green beans
  • an onion, garlic, parsley, thyme and sage

Preparation method

Brown well in a frying pan the garlic and chopped onion, in butter, with all the vegetables previously cut in stick form and cook for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle parsley and thyme on top.
Boil the Pizzoccheri in salted water for 12-15 minutes.
Drain and sauté with the vegetables, adding the diced provola, grana and the remaining butter cooked with garlic and sage.
