Fidelin Rye Pasta
The product obtained from the extrusion and subsequent drying of dough made from durum wheat semolina, rye flour, and water.
Discover the productIngredients for 4 people:
- 320 g of Fidelin
- 50 g of oil
- 200 g of zucchini
- 100 g of pancetta
- one onion
- squash blossoms
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Clean the zucchini and slice them into rounds. Cook the Fidelin in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan with hot oil, sauté a finely chopped onion, brown the slices of pancetta, add the zucchini, and finally add the squash blossoms. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta and toss everything in the pan.
